This is a good new publication I've just picked up: The Collected Short Stories of Louis L'Amour, Volume 6: The Crime Stories (Collected Short Stories of Louis L'Amour) (Hardcover) Brimming with thought-provoking characters and situations—from a man who awakens from unconsciousness to find a fortune in a burning house to a man who meets a killer who is supposed to be dead in a seedy diner—these thrilling, atmospheric stories course with authenticity and bear the mark of a timeless master.

Reading Tony Curtis autobiography* The man who invented the hairstyle and inspired Elvis! Sounds good, how is it so far? Just wish Elvis wasn't inspired by the 70's style....

The 70's ruled. The 80's was a big let down with all that poofy synth electronic drums 'n stuff.

Ive always thought of the Specials as a late 70,s band. We were offered a 80,s has-been U.S. tour with the MK2 Specials but luckily it didnt happen! I hated the mid 80s, i stopped listening to radio and just went back in time musically- way back..
