The mid 80s were a Scooby Doo musical nightmare.Scooby Doo pete waterman- things picked up when Blur and Oasis came along-then it went crap again. its not suprising things like top of the pops went for a burton- it may have had summat to do with music being so diverse and people listening to so many genres and the downloading off the internet-but the fact that the charts were full of Hong Kong Phoey didnt help matters.

How do you know the song? Did you read the book? I didn't read the book, had no idea there was a book. Not sure how I remember the song. But thanks to you it is playing in my head..... But then random songs always play in my head. Voices too and lately lots of angry ones.
