Cinnamon tea is good and for some of us older people here , helps with your circulation. I've got a sack of green tea bags with roasted rice. Delicious.

I have had the green tea with the toasted rice before, not my cup of tea.
But I do love earl grey. Chamomile when I am feelin' blue. Jasmine when I eat chinese food. Iced mango tea during the hot summer. Green tea latte now and then.
But always coffee and by the pot full. Mmmmmmmmm
