What about those bad heartless Film Noir women from the 40s and 50s with their sexy dresses and pointy wotsits? I've just recently got a dvd collection of the stuff, and it's great!

whats yours guys? Love Film Noir* I love all the old James Cagney gangster films (White Heat, The Roaring Twenties, Public Enemy, Angels With Dirty Faces, etc). Also like other stuff such as Brassed Off, Star Wars & The Empire Strikes Back (not too fussed on Return Of The Jedi and have only seen 1 or the newish ones which I thought was cr@p), The Motorcycle Diaries, The Blues Brothers, Quadrophenia and old Russian films like Battleship Potemkin.

Yep "Thatll be the day" was good* And the follow up "Stardust"* Anyone remember "Badlands" Martin Sheen playing a murderin son of a Lassie's Mother & She Was Bad who thinks hes James Dean! a big influence on me and brothers ,n, friends in the early 70,s. Based on a true story also inspired Bruce Springsteens song of the same name- Arnold Chicken Shortsin classic*

Just got done watching Pirates of the Caribbean - At World's End, not a bad film at all, my girlfriend even got me to watch lord of the rings all 3 parts a couple weeks back, i was doing a lot of blue sky thinking when she said about it, but was surprised that the film was so good. i think she has the sound of music lined up for me to watch next, oh my lord
