£75 + fees for blur in a park. Say no more Yeah, I was going to go, but they can stick £45. and £5 fees? didn't profit used to cover administration? It's like when you buy something on eBay for a penny, and £5 postage. Who do they think they're kidding?

Well i was hopin to get to the Newcastle one as my inlaws live there and coming from Peterborough that would've been ideal, But i clicked on to get my ticket and the whole tour was practically sold out, gutted! But i got one for the last gig and ok the first one would've been special but the last gig will be a bit special to, even if the band is a bit shakey by then.
What about new stuff Roddy? can we expect any new material?

Where abouts in Canada do you reside? toronto, but spent a good hunk of my life in vancouver (hey hugh!!!) where i saw you play at the (sorely missed) town pump venue in gastown w/ neville and co (no JB though, who funny enough i saw w/ the selecter??? mysterious case of swapping drummers as "aitch" was w/ yous at the time)...

Selecter played the club on Howe Street and I left after about the 5th warm-up act about 12:30. Some guy from Winnipeg strumming out his original tunes unaccompanied. I swear, I woulda smacked Pauline, if I'd seen her, I was so mad. So I've never seen the Selecter, even though I paid.

It was actually Richards on Richards. naw hugh, def the town pump. this was mid-90s (94-96???)... i remember it distinctly... hollering at neville w/ my homies as he walked in before the show... pre-"guilty" and "today's" i believe... it was a very rowdy night... ruff and tumble... other town pump ska gigs of the era (the selecter, bad manners, king apparatus, me mom & morgentaler, etc...)... skavoovie tour at the commodore also stands out from that era as a KILLER gig (w/ the special beat, skatalites, etc...)...
