hi there roddy and ska fans. its that time for me again to get fit for the shows starting tomorrow in london,a bit nearer for me this time as i live in good old knebworth herts. newcastle and birmingham gigs were ace. have a good one roddy and you fans and i will see you there somewhere that is. and a late happy birthday mate,21 again? its my birthday soon aswell. dave

lets have a specials seaside tour like 1980 again,i can just imagine it now.all you punks and all you teds,beach bums sea gulls and Sir Sydney Shelf Stacker heads ha ha. yea the specials playing in the open air down on a sandy beach,loads of beer,girls in swimsuits,lovely hot sun,skanking in the sunset to the sound of ska,lovely. dave

morning roddy,just want to say a BIG thank you to meeting you and the boys and following the tour around as much as my savings would let me and the odd dole check to .last night show was again Scooby Doo great and now i have woken up just now with a cold and sore throat at least i have now seen my favorite band live and picked up a cold at the same time ha ha which one of the band gave me it ha ha ha. have a nice rest roddy this week and i will send off for that skabilly c.d to listen to aswell. see you in leeds next week mate. dave

i once went out with a skinhead girl when i was a young un just so i could wear her smart harrington. ...are those lyrics to a song, paulwillo? or are you a lyricist now, too? when i was in a band I wrote some classic ska punk songs like "Lassie's Mother & She Was Bad" and " We're All Dead" - 3 minutes of noise and shouting. hehehehehe my g-o-d how embarrassing ;D
