sometimes filling out paper-works, they won't even have my nationality on there ... I don't believe that. I'm Canadian and you're USA.

Its baffling when you have to fill in a form these days and they ask you what nationality you are, if only there was a box that said "all the same under the sun" then I would be happy. Im sure Ive been refused several jobs in the past for putting that in the "other" box.

It doesn't matter if you are a citizen in a country. It matters if you are born in that country. But a lot of forms now ask for you to check as many boxes of different ethnic as possible. Since my kids are mixed ethnicity, I usually check a few. Funny though, for you white/Caucasians. There is just one box. No English, Irish, Scottish and so on. That leaves the box marked 'others'
