Oh... no..... not going to mix my drink. I'm a lite weight and so a few sip will do me. I was more thinkin' of drinks like sake, plum wine, rieslings and a few others that I haven't tried yet. Sort of an alcohol tasting event. There's going to be lots of appetizers to go with it.

If I'm not driving on New Year's Eve then it's Crown Royal for me. Hard liquor feels better the next day to me than a beer hangover-urg!

I'll be up at 7am tomorrow (!!!!) cos the feckers were supposed to collect my car for repair today but didn't... then I'll go back to bed, get up in the afternoon, and maybe see Mr Shan later if he's not working. Otherwise I'll be seeing the New Year in on me tod with just a glass of port for company. Get the violins out....

Yep...Anyway, enough about that - if I'm feeling extravagant I might just crack open a new packet of Typhoo on New Year's Eve

Shan - Sympathy? after all the partying she's done this year - new years eve must seem like an anti climax.

Cripes, much of this Ska being played by the current bands is dreadful. They learn the notes and the songs, but... Well weve been spoilt by the best havent we. I asked Lynval some advice about SKA guitaring and all he said was "its all in the feel, you have to feel the music", absolutley true, youve got too loose yourself to the rhythum (sp?) thats why I cant play when tense.
