I'd probably still be clubbing to this day if I knew I was going to come back home in the early hours with fresh smoked salmon. As it is, the only place I know where to get any is the fishmonger in Portobello, about a half hour walk from where I am, or 10 mins on the bus, assumin it arrives as I pass the stop. I usually prefer the walk. Riveting stuff here in the old UK. Perhaps one day, maybe one day.

Next door neighbour gave us some freshly caught trout the other day, missus didn't have a clue what to with it so it is still in the freezer waiting for inspiration...

In little Old England we say grill... yes Salmon it is 2nite... but shall i have it with chips (frys) or jacket potatoe or rice? Discisions..
