I havent listened to any of my vinyl for 8 or 9 years as I havent got a needle for my record player which is 20 odd years old and they dont seemt o be available anymore. I still think vinyl is nicer to listen too. I was thinking of getting one of those ones that plug into your PC so you can transfer the stuff to .wav or mp3 file so you can add them to your mp3 players.

similar to my problem, got a load of old vinyl but nothing to play them on. Used to love trawling through our old Vinyl record shop in town, long gone now though...like all the toy shops.

The last bit of vinyl I bought was Madness "the liberty of norton folgate", its never even left the cellophane as I cant play it. Plus I have The Dam neds "grave disorder" on Red vinyl, thats been in my record cupboard for 10 years and is still unplayed.

My first ever Vinyl was a double LP of 'War of The Worlds' that I got from Debenhams in Pompey, I was at Primary school and thought it was the dogs doodahs, especially the pull out double page booklet that came with it.
