Pabst Blue Ribbon... that is what PBR is. It is cheap and lots of punks like it. I do not care for it myself. I don't like the taste of beer but if I do buy one it is usually Corona with a lime

I cant stand Bud! ,n, thats not because a bottle hit me on the head in Vegas in the 90,s.. I agree with you on this... I can't stand Bud either. The Budweiser factory is not far from here, an hour away. Hope it didn't do any internal damage to ya head.

I went on the Bud brewery tour when I was in the states, it was the same as the ones I've been on here really - only the accents changed.

Yes the Bud bottle story* Well Adam "Beaver" Birch at a show in Las Vegas 1990,s M.K.2 Specials - was getting a bit of abuse from some thugs in the crowd.. for some reason Vegas was always trouble? Anyway we go off stage before the final end of show ,n, Beavers in tears.. i ask him why and he tells me a bloke down the front keeps calling him names - Tommy The Tanker and the like (he was) so i tell him to point him out and walk back on ,n, kick the said person in the forehead with my motorbike boots... well a riot started and as we were trying to get to the tour bus several bottles were smashing around us and one had my name on it.. should of had sStrawberry Sauceches but ild had that in the 80,s after colliding with a low ceiling and they shaved my head like a monk back then so i didnt bother this time... i felt stoned for about 3 days with concushion.. the moral of this story is - "dont try to help a Tommy The Tanker"

I had a Budweiser bottle sail past my face when I was in a pub in Stoke, Scooby Doo football hooligans came into the pub we were drinking in and when they found out we were from Birmingham and not interested in football much, they set about us. I had a broken ankle at the time and wasnt too fast on my feet. I was lucky it didnt hit me as it shattered really easy.

I remember having bricks thrown at at me and a few other Spurs supporters from accross the road coming out of a cup semi final, The police stood and watched - none connected with me though

That's true I never even gave that a thought but its a quite dangerous place to be if some idiot wants to throw something

If you watch the 1980s Montreau jazz fest gig, theres a bit where i reach down for my beer on stage and a full bottle hits the wall just where my head had been moments before, i never noticed until i saw it years later..

I'm sure back then you'd have caught the bottle and drank it, unless of course it no longer contained it's original contents!

Also i remember a gig in Washington 1980,s where Dave Jordan the sound engineer couldnt be found and we went on very late (which was quite rare for us) and looking at Lynval at the side of the stage as umteen bottles went smashing onto the stage... we went on and it was fine but very scary for a minute or three..
