Both them comments have made me smile!!! Well I can tour guide you...esp if we need a break from the many bands!!! Its now set to start at 11am, no lie in for me The best bits of Blackpool (well the Fylde) aint in town so once you've done the sea, you really need to know where you're heading or you just end up in tacky land Shame you can't come for a few days, keep me outta trouble showing peeps the nice bits of my home town and YES, they do actually exist

What photo shoot Stew?
Do you know the Gynn Square and the old boating lake on the prom, just to the right of the Gynn as you face the sea (its a go kart circuit now!!!). Its opposite that.
Hilton hotel very near (used to be Derby baths with big water slides on the outside of the building).
Erm message me and tell me what roads you know, I get the hotels along there mixed up sometimes unless I'm driving past them as there's so many!!!!

Hang on...isn't the Imperial just before Derby baths/Hilton!
Right...travelling from town towards Bispham then Cleveleys along the prom, you'll get
Imperial hotel, Derby Baths/Hilton, pass Warley Road which runs right down onto Devonshire Road, get to roundabout which is Gynn Square one, stay on the prom and its about a block along after that roundabout.
So really its not all that far from where you said, few mins by car, but its not on that same stretch of the prom.
