Was it the jump off the drum riser that caused the Penguin to go out of tune? Noticed that you managed to unplug your guitar mid song by accident as well.......Doh!!!! Is Lynval jealous of the new guitar?

Well done on Glasto, what a success.
What did you think of Lynvals latest video? (He says you're the best he's ever worked with.)
Brilliant picture of the pair of you up there, moments like that must make it all worthwhile.

Me ,n, Lynval are differant sides of the same coin* Yep went out of tune a bit and broke a string.. but thats live for you.. sometimes i go ten gigs with breaking strings.. very humid gig.. Nice to meet Lily Allen ,n, her dad + Billy Bragg again* Didnt get to speak to Neil Young which is a shame - as an old girlfriend of mine would only make love to his music if yer know what mean.. Just wanted to thank him for all them great shags!

Roddy, glad you got the chance to meet Lily, i thought she looked amazing ...as for the Specials set ...excellent stuff, highlight for me was Ghost Town when you provided a Rock and Roll moment which typifies the type of moment that Glastonbury always seems to provide ... that bit of you playing some really eerie Guitar Chords using a Beer Bottle.....how cool was that. Captured brilliantly by a very eagle eyed cameraman who seemed to focus on you rather a lot throughout the gig...

Yeah, the producer did well to catch the bottle moment. I often get fed up with what tv producers do to live music, flashing around from camera to camera so you don't really get a chance to look at the musicians, but that guy did a good job. He kept cutting to Roddy whenever he posed or smiled, got it right.

So Mr Byers have you had a chance to watch a tape of the Glasto appearance yet and if so what do you reckon? Consensus seems to be that you guys nailed it!
