Well if we've moved past the food then... Sunshine-the natural mood elevator! Driving far with no destination in mind The smell of rosemary (the piney herb you cook with ) Sound of distant ship horns down the river Live music Dancing with abandon Folks who are down-to-earth My own bed & bath after a long trip Puppies & kitties (duh) An all-day c-u-m-u-l-a-t-i-v-e buzz Running when I'm angry A cold swim on a hot day Spontaneity Playing hooky from work & school with the hub & kids Sleeping in on a cold, rainy day (I'd be comatose if I lived in England).

Running when you're angry? Maybe that explains my sister being a runner all her adult life.

Tiger bread from Asda especially with some chicken and lots of mayo in between. Strolling through my local park on a summer night as the suns setting just above the lake. Finding money in your pocket you never knew you had.
