It was kind of funny. I didn't even recognize it at first but someone else was laughing in good spirit at their version.

Their version of Tears of a Clown made people laugh. I've not seen anyone laugh to that version but dance to their hearts content.

This person will be 54 in October, and she knew Smokey's version well.

I hate George Micheal, the Monkees and the Havalinas which I got hoping they were simular to Hawkwind because they began with an H. Radio has been crap since 1984, apart from Sounds of the 60's which died when Capital Gold started up.
My guilty pleasures - Bad Manners. Bobby Vinton? Merchant? Here's one, Doris Day. Nope it gets better, Pet Clark. Guy Marks? Love Unlimited. Middle of the Road. Gilbert 'O Sulivan... Am I dead yet?
What's Retro?
Beyonce. Now there's a guilty pleasure of mine; Her legs. Oh MUSIC you say? Ah ah ahghaweyeah what was it Sam Cooke said, quote 'Turn your back on him and check him out for about five minutes.'
And on the subject of mirrors which band / song had the lyrics 'looked in the mirror, what did I see? I saw this devil creature looking at me.'? as I can't remember.

Well when i played with the Two Tone collective .. with Pauline and Roger as part of that unit we had an interesting mix.. Pauline kept tellin me to turn down and Roger would look a bit confused when i played Beat songs.. But as Roger Lomas was running that thing and doing out front sound hed always turn me off out front on Pauline and Rogers tunes. Musics is such FUN sometimes...
