Invisible friends!! yeah we had a tour manager Bobby Lee in the MK2 Specials 90,s U.S.A. tours who had a Mobile phone with headphones ,n, mike.. but i didnt realize and just thought he was either talkin to me or nuts!

His set wasnt bad though, although he had every chord written down on very messy pages. I also got so drunk that the police wouldnt let me on the tube, I have no idea how I got back to the hotel.

Yep mrclaypole ive had nights when i cant remember how i got home..or was it that uneventful it wasnt worth rememberin? Maybe Jerrys being nice as he knows im not happy with tut management? Back to drinking.. i havent been out to the pub since before the last Specials tour! I either go round friends or get drwunk at home..maybe its me age?

No sadly Ive never been able to exercise much self control when theres been drink on offer, its been a problem for many years that has, even if it was the most important day of my life Id still find it hard to keep off the booze if there was any going. I was serioulsy contemplating going to A.A meetings not long ago, but then I thought Id have to give it all up and in the absence of any other drugs of choice, booze is still my main man!!!. The thing is I remember every aspect of the whole day right upto Madness leaving the stage when it was all over, things went fuzzy when I got outside the park.
